All warranty terms and conditions will depend on the products purchased, and are stated in the receipts or quotations upon request.
Communication Headsets have 12 months warranty for non-commercial products and 24 months warranty for commercial ones or otherwise stated in the receipts.
All products were assigned specific codes for the ease of identification of units with warranty, and thus, must be visible until the warranty expires.
All Warranty units must be reported to warranty@circuitcareonline.com ahead of the time the units will be needed for repair. The client understands that units will be scheduled for pull-out and replacement, if needed. However, since we care for your business we offer a free pick-up and delivery of warranty units right at your office.
How We Treat Warranty Units
At our option we will replace or repair the units and be returned to clients at perfectly working conditions.
What Warranty Doesn’t Cover
1. Product warranty doesn't include:
^ Consumable spares and accessories (unless they are found to be non-functional or broken upon purchase of product);
2. Product warranty doesn’t cover units which are damaged due to:
· MISHANDLING by the user such as misuse, neglect, and modification.
· ACCIDENT- might be cause of fire and electrical wiring stress and etc.
· Unauthorized repair, wiring and installation
· Used beyond normal usage and;
3. Products that have altered serials or codes.
Out of Warranty Units
All out of warranty units may also be sent to us and be repaired or restored with service charge, for inquiries or request of quotations you may send email to inquiry@circuitcareonline.com |

Our service warranty includes product restoration. Upon receipt of restored units, they will automatically have three (3) months free repair service warranty or otherwise stated in the receipts.
Service warranty doesn’t include units’ accessories, and an additional charge will be imposed for accessories that are proven damaged.
Void Warranty
Units that have an altered code or altered warranty seals may be declared to have a void warranty.
The user agrees that CircuitCare has the right to attach its own code for the benefit of both the latter and the former, to easily determine its warranty, in the event that receipts were lost or damaged.
Out of Warranty Units
All out of warranty units may also be sent to us and be repaired or restored with service charge, for inquiries or request of quotations you may send email to inquiry@circuitcareonline.com
